Need to register a claim?
If your device has been lost, stolen, or broken, it's important to take action as soon as possible.
- Was your device stolen? Report the crime to your local police force, and take note of the crime reference number. You need to do this as soon as possible.
- When making a claim, we'll ask you for a proof of usage report from your network.
- If your device is lost or stolen, ensure you get it blacklisted by your network within 24 hours of the incident.
